Deebed accept 2 methods of payment: Credit Card and Paypal.

1. Paying online with Credit Cards. Deebed accepts online payments using VISA and Master Card. Deebed Credit Card purchase will be display as B & K Homewares Pty Ltd. On your Credit Card statement. We do not keep any customer’s Credit Card information.
2. Paying online with Paypal. Deebed accepts online payments via payment. If you’d like to find out more about Paypal information, please visit paypal.com.au.

We will ship the product within 1-2 working days after receiving the online payment. If there is a delay beyond our control, customers will be notified ASAP, we will also keep in touch with the customer and propose a solution.

Our main Courier partner is Australia Post. They provide all delivery service within Australia.

We will provide products tracking number for every customer, to ensure that you know your distance from the product in the first place.

We cannot ensure that all the products you buy are packaged in the same package. We will pack according to the weight and volume of the products you buy. If there are more than two packages, we will provide you with a tracking number based on the number of packages.
